The Shores Breckenridge
As one of the most unique real estate offerings in Summit County, The Shores Breckenridge required a number of unique creative solutions. Along with a comprehensive website, we were tasked with creating sales materials for both buyers and brokers, which required us to thoughtfully consider the subtle differences between the two. Our solutions included a lifestyle video, branded schwag, and and direct mail and email campaign that highlighted the unique qualities of the development.​
